چکیده
Nanoparticles of CoGdxFe2 ? xO4 (x = 0%, 25%, 50%) synthesized via sol–gel auto combustion technique and encapsulated within a polymer (Eudragit E100) shell containing curcumin by single emulsion solvent evaporation were formulated in this study. Testing nanoparticles was carried out using different characterization techniques, to investigate composition, crystallinity, size, morphology, surface charge, functional groups magnetic properties the samples. The increased hydrophilicity resulted sustained drug release 90.6% 95% for E1(CoGd0.25Fe1.75O4) E2(CoGd0.50Fe1.5O4), respectively, over time span 24 h. relaxivities best-chosen samples measured 3T resonance imaging (MRI) machine, high r2/r1 ratio 43.64 23.34 composition E2(CoGd0.50Fe1.5O4) suggests their ability work as better T2 contrast agent. Thus, these novel nanostructures cannot only enable MRI diagnosis but also targeted delivery.

early detection of breast cancer is the most effective way to improve the survival rate in women. magnetic resonance imaging (mri) offers high spatial resolution and good anatomic details, and its lower sensitivity can be improved by using targeted molecular imaging. in this study, as1411 aptamer was conjugated to fe3o4@au nanoparticles for specific targeting of 4t1 cells that overexpress nucle...
متن کاملMesoporous silica nanoparticles for 19F magnetic resonance imaging, fluorescence imaging, and drug delivery.
Multifunctional mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) are good candidates for multimodal applications in drug delivery, bioimaging, and cell targeting. In particular, controlled release of drugs from MSN pores constitutes one of the superior features of MSNs. In this study, a novel drug delivery carrier based on MSNs, which encapsulated highly sensitive 19F magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) con...
متن کاملStructural, Optical, and Magnetic Properties of Zn-Doped CoFe2O4 Nanoparticles
The effect of Zn-doping in CoFe2O4 nanoparticles (NPs) through chemical co-precipitation route was investigated in term of structural, optical, and magnetic properties. Both XRD and FTIR analyses confirm the formation of cubic spinel phase, where the crystallite size changes with Zn content from 46 to 77 nm. The Scherrer method, Williamson-Hall (W-H) analysis, and size-strain plot method (SSPM)...
